Cooperation with the Business Registers Agency (APR)

The duties of the Registry Agency in each country include the collection, structuring, and processing of financial reports from all companies. In Serbia, this responsibility lies with the Agency for Business Registers (APR).

At Companywall d.o.o., we are aware that reliable data obtained from official sources is the foundation for good financial analysis, recalculation, and quality methodology.

For this reason, Companywall d.o.o. has established cooperation with national registries in each country, with the aim of providing users with highly reliable information about the operations of a specific business entity.

Cooperation with the registry is based on a signed agreement for data acquisition, which clearly defines the purposes for which the buyer can use the data, what data is being purchased, and their intended purpose.

We are confident that the data obtained from the National Registry is the most reliable and accurate. It is important to emphasize that 1/5 of companies correct their financial reports during the year, and the only way to remain up-to-date and precise when publishing data is by obtaining it from official sources.

Cooperation agreement

The company Companywall d.o.o. has been collaborating with the APR (Agency for Business Registers) in Serbia for years. This successful cooperation has been ongoing since the launch of the financial assistant Companywall Business in 2016 and continues to this day.

The Agency is obliged to provide the Companywall service user, in accordance with the agreement, with an extract from the database of regular annual financial reports for the year 2016 and subsequent reporting years. These reports pertain to business entities, cooperatives, institutions conducting activities for profit, and entrepreneurs who have been fully and mathematically correctly registered in the Financial Reports Register, in accordance with the regulations (hereinafter: the database).

The database includes all data from the balance sheet and income statement presented in the financial reports, as well as basic identifying information (business name, headquarters, and registration number) of the entities to which these reports pertain. The database also includes data on the size for the current and upcoming business year, the number of employees, the code and description of the predominant activity, and the municipality code where the entity's headquarters is located.

The user of the service can directly download the database of regular annual financial reports for the current year based on this agreement, in accordance with its terms, while the reports for the subsequent years can be accessed upon a special request.

In order to implement the agreement, the Agency undertakes to create an initial extract of the database, which includes data from the financial reports that have been processed and publicly published as complete and mathematically correct, as well as other data, with the status as agreed by the contracting parties.

In addition to the initial extract, the Agency is required to prepare and deliver weekly extracts, which include data from the financial reports that have been processed and publicly published during that week. The Agency must prepare and deliver these weekly extracts to the service user until the processing of financial reports for the specific reporting year is completed.
